What inspired you to become a business founder?

I've had a passion for entrepreneurship since I was young, back in middle school. A defining moment for me was when I was in 6th grade, living in a small town in Vietnam called Can Giuoc. I received a scholarship from a company named Dong Tam for my academic achievements, despite the limited resources in my town. The CEO personally presented me the award and encouraged me to keep moving forward. His generosity and success inspired me—I admired how he was able to give back to the community, and I knew then that I wanted to follow a similar path. My mom used the scholarship money to buy me a gold bracelet, which she placed on my wrist as a reminder to persevere no matter what challenges I faced. That moment planted the seed of entrepreneurship in me, and it’s stayed with me ever since. I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and started my first business at 25. Despite the obstacles I've faced, that early fire and passion for entrepreneurship continue to drive me today. It shaped who I am and how I
approach my journey as a business founder.

If you could have a celebrity endorse your company, who would it be and why?
If I could have a celebrity endorse Le Réussi®, I would love to have Taylor Swift. Her
success story and journey as a self-made billionaire are incredibly inspiring and align
perfectly with the message Le Réussi® promotes. Beyond her undeniable talent as a
singer, what stands out is her strategic brilliance and relentless drive to grow her brand
and business. Many artists have beautiful voices, but few reach her level of influence
and success, which highlights her smart approach and determination. Taylor's story
reflects the values of dreaming big, working hard, and achieving greatness—qualities
that resonate with the Le Réussi® ethos. She represents the empowered, confident
woman we design for, making her the perfect fit for our brand.

Can you share a fun fact or something quirky someone may not know about your brand?
A fun fact about Le Réussi® is that it all began because I started making masks during the pandemic. In March 2020, when COVID hit the U.S., schools and companies shut down, and masks were in short supply. I began sewing masks at home for my family, friends, and neighbors, and soon, people started asking me to make more, even offering to buy them for their families. As demand grew, I moved into mass production for masks. One day, someone asked if I made clothes, and that sparked the idea. I came home during lunch, told my husband and daughter that I was going to start a fashion brand, and they laughed, thinking it was just a passing thought. But I was serious, and that’s how Le Réussi® was born—what started as a small act during the pandemic turned into a full-fledged fashion brand!
If your brand had a theme song, what would it be?
If Le Réussi® had a theme song, I imagine it would have classic, happy, and romantic vibes, reflecting the timeless elegance, joyful spirit, and uplifting style the brand embodies. Something with a sense of sophistication and warmth, capturing the essence of feeling good and confident in fashion.
What is one thing you would like to convey to current and potential customers?
One thing I would like to convey to our current and potential customers is that every piece of our garment is crafted with compassion, love, and mindfulness. When you wear Le Réussi®, you're not just wearing clothes; you're wearing a story, a dream, and helping bring someone’s vision to life. It’s about more than fashion—it’s about supporting the journey of those who pour their hearts into each piece.
If your company could be represented by an emoji, which one would it be and why?
If my company could be represented by an emoji, it would be the ✨sparkles emoji. It perfectly captures the excitement, positivity, and sense of magic we strive to bring with every piece of clothing we create. Just like how sparkles add a touch of brilliance, we aim to make our customers feel empowered and shine in their own unique way.
What are some special events or traditions customers can look forward to throughout the year?
Sustainability Week (Annually in April, around Earth Day): Highlight your commitment to sustainability by donating a portion of sales to eco-friendly causes or offering limited-edition sustainable pieces.
If you were granted one wish, what would that wish be?
If I were granted one wish, it would be to have an incredible team of visionaries like Patrice Louvet, Anna Wintour, Jane Hertzmark Hudis, and Bernard Arnault working with me. Their leadership, expertise, and innovative thinking in fashion and business are unparalleled, and collaborating with them would undoubtedly elevate Le Réussi® to new heights.
